Kevin P. Foley, CPA, is a partner with the accounting firm of Condon O’Meara McGinty & Donnelly LLP.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), State of Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
Mr. Foley has worked with not-for-profit organizations for over 25 years and currently serves as Treasurer of the Faith Home Foundation, is a member of the Community Impact Council of the United Way of Long Island, and is on the Leadership Council of the Support Center for Nonprofit Management. He has served on the NYSSCPA’s Accounting for Nonprofit Organizations Committee and is a former Vice President of the Westchester/Fairfield County Chapter of the HFTP.
Mr. Foley has spoken to various not-for-profit associations on topics such as fraud and defalcations, accounting standards updates, budgeting, endowment funds, accounting and internal control procedures manuals, private club trends, food and beverage operations and golf course maintenance operations. He has also written client memorandums and has been published on not-for-profit issues and is responsible for the firm’s annual survey of not-for-profit organizations.
Mr. Foley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
